Through gentle, inclusive meditation and breathwork, we reclaim calm, reconnect and remember that rest is not wasted time.

What we offer:

Power of the Pause isn’t about quick fixes.

Our sessions are designed as long-term tools for the nervous system - rooted in science, shaped by experience and delivered with care.

Through grounding meditation and calming breathwork, we help the body shift from fight-or-flight into a state of rest and restoration. With gentle, consistent practice, you’ll begin to regulate stress, ease anxiety and feel more connected.

Over time, this work supports a deeper sense of presence, calm, and self compassion - not by doing more, but by learning to meet yourself where you are.

  • A personalised space to pause, reconnect and return to yourself - wherever you are and in the comfort of your own home.

    Together we explore calming breath-based meditations and gentle guided practices shaped around your needs and intentions.

    Every session is beginner friendly, trauma-aware, neurodiverse-inclusive and focused on choice and comfort.

    There are options to reflect and you will receive gentle after-care to help you carry your pause into daily life.

  • These sessions are a soothing in-person ritual away from the noise, blending calming breathwork and meditation with time to reflect, a warm cup of tea and thoughtful, grounding touches.

    Designed entirely around you, each session is shaped by your needs, intentions and preferences.

    Beginner friendly, accessible and inclusive, with optional extras like journaling, a Shakti mat or Inner Compass card reading.

    After-care is included to help you carry the pause with you, long after the session ends.

  • Whether it’s with a friend, partner or small group of loved ones (up to four), this session is your shared sanctuary to pause, slow down and feel held - together.

    Blending soothing breathwork, gentle meditation and space to reflect, each Shared Pause is shaped around your group’s needs and intentions.

    Expect a welcoming atmosphere with beginner-friendly, inclusive guidance and thoughtful optional extras like journaling or Inner Compass cards.
